Head of Digital Marketing at Sellpy

Sellpy is the leading selling service and e-commerce for second hand goods in Sweden. Due to our fast and solid growth, we are looking for our first ever Head of Digital Marketing to our headquarter in Stockholm as part of a friendly and hard-working team.

This is a brand new role providing a great opportunity to shape Sellpy’s digital marketing across all channels and markets. You will be responsible for the development of our paid acquisition, our digital team and our digital re-activation of customers. We are a small team, so you’ll work both strategically and hands on and it will be demanding and immensely rewarding at the same time. 

The Head of Digital Marketing is part of the Digital Team and reports to the CFO.

What you will do:

  • Develop our paid acquisition channels across all our markets
  • Lead and build our small digital marketing team
  • Be in charge of budget allocations for all paid channels together with the heads of each sales region
  • Develop our analytics including our attribution and LTV models
  • Work closely together with our Creative team to develop our ongoing marketing campaigns and content
  • Manage the strategy, setup, bidding, tracking, measurement and optimization of our paid campaigns and channels
  • Work together with the Region Heads and the Creative Team, to decide and give input on global campaigns and marketing assets needed
  • Stay up to date with developments and new techniques in digital marketing and implement new and creative digital growth strategies

Your qualifications: 

  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing with a strong track record
  • Hands-on experience of building campaigns within Google Ads, GDN, and Facebook Ads Manager 
  • Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgement through strong analytical thinking
  • Great communication skills in English, Swedish is a plus
  • Experience in e-commerce

We are impressed if you have: 

  • A relevant degree in engineering, business, economics or similar
  • Experience from other relevant ad-tech tools
  • Worked in SQL
  • Leadership experience
