What’s working at Sellpy like?
We never settle for less and strive to always improve. We exist to build a better future and must therefore keep a progressive mindset, where new ways of thinking are welcomed instead of shot down. Together we turn the not so good into great, and keep what makes us happy and effective.
Teamwork is important – you can’t make a big change unless everyone’s in on it. We help each other out when needed and celebrate every achievement. We’re convinced that if everyone’s happy to go to work each day, we’ll do our best work together.

We are the simpler and safer alternative to online marketplaces, for both buyers and sellers. We are the fun and future-proof option to fashion retailers for everyone from casual shoppers to climate activists.

We have offices in Stockholm and Berlin. HQ is in Stockholm, around the corner from Medborgarplatsen on Södermalm. Our great warehouse in Rosersberg houses an additional office with colleagues mainly focusing on operations and HR.

At Sellpy, we believe flexibility and community go hand in hand. That’s why most of our roles are hybrid – meaning you can work part of the time remotely and part of the time in the office.
We don’t expect you to count days. Instead, we aim for balance over time. In hybrid roles, this typically means around 50% office presence during a given period. Some weeks may be more in-office, others more remote – depending on your role, team needs, and planned collaboration.
For new hires, we recommend more office time during the first months to support onboarding and relationship-building.
We believe this flexible structure supports both productivity and wellbeing.
