Quality Assurance Lead at Sellpy

As Quality Assurance Lead, you’ll be a key part of the Quality team who contributes directly to Sellpy’s Operations. Your primary responsibility is to ensure quality standards are met across global sites while driving ongoing production improvements in a fast-moving, dynamic setting. Your efforts will be appreciated by many as we list half a million new items every week.

In short, you will

• Lead projects to explore and develop Sellpy’s ad quality.
• Monitor quality targets and create an understanding of deviant patterns.
• Work with international production sites and their local quality teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to refine internal tools and systems for large-scale production.
• Use tools like SQL, BiqQuery, and Excel to analyse operational and customer data and inform decision-making.

Requirements

The Quality Team is looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills to strengthen our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy juggling multiple projects, and have a keen eye for precision, this role is perfect for you! You’ll thrive in this position if you have

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in business or another related field.
• Earlier experience in analysing large sets of data and understanding complex business cases.
• Demonstrated skills to put ideas into action.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or other data tools.
• Written and spoken fluency in English, as this is our company language.

We’d be impressed if you have

• A background in a fast-growing e-commerce, a product-focused startup, or in commerce.
• Experience in quality assurance in either tech or production processes.
• Familiarity with tools like Postgres or BigQuery.
