HR Manager, Romania at Sellpy

Operations is at the core of what we do. To continue fueling our growth we're opening a new production facility in Arad, Romania. The HR Manager will be the second colleague in this location who will start from the ground up with everything from recruiting a management team, ensuring compliance, establishing policies and other HR-related activities necessary to our expansion. You will report to our Site Manager in our new production facility in Arad, Romania.

In short, you will

• Oversee recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and selection together with other parts of the organisation.
• Ensure compliance with Romanian labour laws and company policies.
• Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction e.g. through employee surveys.

We use

• Internally developed and external systems (e.g. Teamtailor, Humaans) to manage our recruitment and HR needs.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Experience with Romanian labour law.
• Written and spoken fluency in English and Romanian.
• Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management in an operations environment.
