We are looking for an organised, proactive colleague with solid experience in logistics for a combined role that involves transport coordination, production planning, and ordering of indirect materials.

In short, you will
- Search for and order transport services based on operational needs
- Coordinate national and international transports
- Operate and manage transport data in the e-Transport platform
- Handle transport and customs documentation (CMR, delivery notes, etc.)
- Plan production based on material availability and production capacity
- Order and track indirect materials (consumables, auxiliary tools, etc.)
Requirements
- Previous experience using the e-Transport platform
- Strong knowledge and previous experience of transport processes and related legislation
- Experience in handling transport and customs documents
- Written and spoken fluency in English, as this is our company language
