Facility & IT Manager

We’re looking for a Facility & IT Manager to ensure a safe, efficient, and sustainable workplace while keeping our IT infrastructure running smoothly.

In short, you will

• Lead facility operations, including maintenance, MHE, security, permits, and vendor management.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Oversee IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and support services.

• Implement IT security policies and manage external IT providers.

• Drive sustainability initiatives and optimize energy efficiency.

We use

• Internally developed and external systems to manage our facility and IT needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in facility management, IT management, or a combined role.

• Strong knowledge of Polish facility regulations and compliance.

• Experience managing vendors, contracts, and external service providers.

• Hands-on knowledge of IT infrastructure and support.

• Written and spoken fluency in Polish and English.

We’d be impressed if you have

• Experience of starting greenfield operations, including securing necessary permits.

• Background in e-commerce, manufacturing, logistics, or retail industries.

• Certifications within facility management (e.g., CFM, FMP) or IT.

• Familiarity with smart building technologies and automation systems.
