Marketing Coordinator - Poland, Working Student
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support in driving Sellpy’s growth in the Polish market. This role requires you to have excellent communication skills and be fluent in Polish and English. You work closely with the Marketing Manager for Poland, also based in Berlin. The role will offer a blend of managing marketing platforms, influencer marketing activities as well as hands-on customer support to one of the newest markets of Sellpy.
In short, you will
- Drive the project of testing Allegro as a sales platform in Poland.
- Upload products to Allegro and optimise product offerings.
- Manage the order and returns process as well as customer support.
- Analyse performance and potential together with your direct manager.
- Support with Sellpy’s influencer marketing activities in Poland.
- Identify new profiles, handling collaborations and other admin tasks.
- Support Sellpy’s customer service team in handling Polish requests.
Requirements
- If enrolled at university: min. 1 year of remaining studies.
- Work experience from internships in marketing or other relevant field.
- Excellent knowledge of Polish and English.
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- An independent way of working and a strategic mindset.
We’d be impressed if you have
- Positive energy and motivation to test new things and push ideas.
- Previous work experience in influencer marketing.
- Knowledge of e-commerce.
- Proficiency in SQL.

Location
You are welcome to do all these things at our new office in Berlin, Kreuzberg and from home. A minimum of 1 day per week working from the office is desired.
Form of employment: Part-time (ca. 20 hours a week).
Start: As soon as possible.
