We’re looking for a driven and action-oriented IT and Facility Manager as we expand Sellpy’s operations in Arad, Romania. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to setting up and expanding Sellpy’s presence in Romania.

IT and Facility Manager, Romania at Sellpy
Operations is at the core of what we do. To continue fueling our growth we're opening a new production facility in Arad, Romania. The IT and Facility Manager will be a founding member of our new team and will oversee building infrastructure, ensure compliance with local regulations and ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure. You will report to our Site Manager for our new production facility in Arad, Romania.
In short, you will
- Oversee building maintenance, security, and manage expansion projects in our Arad site..
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure with support from our HQ teams.
We use
- Internally developed and external systems to manage our facility and IT needs.
Requirements
- B.S. degree in Facility Management, Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in facility management, IT management or a similar role.
- Knowledge of ensuring compliance with local building and safety regulations.
- Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure and support.
- Written and spoken fluency in English and Romanian.
We’d be impressed if you have
- Worked in a fast-growing, product-focused startup environment.
- Certifications within facility management (e.g., IFMA, FMP, PMP) or IT.
