HR Generalist at Sellpy

You will be part of our HR & People Operations team and manage a wide array of HR-related tasks, mainly from our box-fresh warehouse in Krzyżowice. Together with your colleagues, you will provide managers with first-line support, drive meaningful projects and continuously contribute to developing HR processes with high quality. Your efforts help us keep Sellpy’s HR support consistent and at a high level.

In short, you will

• Offer first-line support to managers and employees at our warehouse

• Initiate and lead projects connected to employee engagement, work environment, workplace development, rehabilitation, onboarding, internal communication, and employee happiness

• Provide support in labor law matters and people matters

• Implement and update existing policies

• Support operational recruitment when needed

• Continuously contribute to HR initiatives and projects that align with company goals.

• Support with various HR administrative tasks

• Have a large network of contacts internally with employees and managers

You need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an operational HR role in production environment

• University degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, or a related field

• Good knowledge of English, both verbal and in writing

• Readiness to work from our office in Krzyżowice (near Wrocław)

We are impressed if you have

• Experience with warehouses and e-commerce environment

• Proficiency in Excel or Google sheets
