Product Analyst at Sellpy

As our Product Analyst, you will be the analytical backbone of the Product team. You will play a vital role in setting our product development strategy by turning complex data into high-quality, actionable insights. Your mission is to ensure that every feature we build, every experiment we run, and every decision we make is deeply rooted in user data. You will work closely with product leadership to uncover friction points in the customer journey and help optimize our platform for millions of users.

In short, you will:

• Drive Insights & Strategy: Deep-dive into user behavior to identify friction points, inform the product roadmap, and help define key KPIs alongside the Head of Buying/Selling and Product Owners.

• Support the Product Cycle: Participate actively in sprints by ensuring high-quality data tracking, refining feature logic, and providing proactive insights during development.

• Own Experimentation & Evaluation: Define standards and frameworks for A/B testing, lead post-launch evaluations for complex features, and provide deep-dive recommendations that go beyond standard reporting.

• Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure our product tracking is robust, define what and how we measure, and maintain a high bar for data quality across our product stack.

Requirements:

• Analytical Mindset: Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or a similar role where you have turned data into product strategies.

• Experimentation Expert: Strong understanding of product experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and behavioral analytics.

• Collaborative Communicator: Experience working closely with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders in an agile environment (sprints/cycles).

• Technical Proficiency: Solid experience in defining tracking requirements and ensuring data integrity across a product stack.

• Written and spoken fluency in English, as this is our company language
