Market Development Manager Poland at Sellpy
As our Market Development Manager for Poland, you will play a key role in driving growth and commercial performance in the Polish market. Working closely with the General Manager, you will identify opportunities, support local initiatives, and turn insights into action.
Combining analytical thinking with hands-on execution, you will work with data, customer insights, and local market trends to improve the experience for both buyers and sellers. Together with teams across Marketing, Product, Analytics, Customer Support and Operations, you will help shape Sellpy’s growth in Poland.
In short, you will:
Analyse market performance and identify opportunities across acquisition, retention and customer experience.
Monitor key commercial KPIs and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
Define, brief, and execute local growth initiatives, campaigns and market activations in collaboration with central channel teams and local partners.
Improve seller acquisition, retention and assortment quality through data-driven initiatives.
Support demand-side growth by improving assortment visibility and local customer engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the buyer and seller experience.
Represent the Polish market and bring local insights into cross-functional discussions and decision-making.

Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Commercial, Growth or a similar role.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs, business performance and commercial decision-making.
Positive energy and motivation to try new approaches and tackle things head-on
Proven ability to drive projects independently and collaborate across teams.
Experience translating data and insights into business actions.
Fluent Polish, both written and spoken.
Written and spoken fluency in English, as this is our company language.
